How to order:
1. Choose the features you need for your id cards. Layout choices are to let us know your orientation of the card. We can print in your choice of fonts, text colors, photo border colors, etc. We have thousands of fonts on our systems, but may need you to send us your specific font.
2. Proceed to checkout & choose your payment option. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back.
3. After you have placed your order, send your artwork to
artwork@BadgeStuff.com in a high resolution format like jpeg, tiff, cdr, ai, pdf.
4. Format the email as follows:
Subject: Custom Artwork - order number (found at the top of the last checkout page and in your email order confirmation)
Please include your name, company or organization name, your logo in a high resolution .jpg, .gif, .tif, or .eps format, and any other information we may need to create your proof such as text or placement information.
We will create a reasonal number of color graphic proofs and send them to you via e-mail.
After you approve the proof , send your employee names and photos to idcards@BadgeStuff.com in a jpeg, or Bitmap format- (be sure to identify who you are and what company you are with in the e-mail).
When we get all the card data, or enough partial data, production starts.
5. After the cards are produced they are shipped directly to you via USPS, UPS or FedEx with a tracking number.

If an employee loses a card or you have a new hire all you have to do is call or email us and we will get a new card in the mail to you (most of the time the same day as the order) at your original quantity price.
We do the following card options:
Full Color Printing- Our printers have the capacity of printing 16.7 million colors on the card. That is 256 shades each of the three primary colors. After the color is printed on to the card the topcoat is applied to protect the card for 12-36 months under normal usage.
Monochrome Printing- You have the choice of printing a single color for a more inexpensive card. Perfect for organizations that don't need a photo. Perfect for simple logos and text. Monochome color choices are Hunter Green, Navy Blue, Red, and Black.

Magnetic Stripe Card - Credit Card type. We can encode on three tracks of Hi-Co type cards. We only use the best quality manufactured cards out there for the longest durability. We might send you a test card before we produce large quantities.
Holographic overlay- This is a .05 mil overlay that is applied on the last pass in the printer. It serves two purposes. One is for visual security, and two it gives the card a longer life under normal circumstances. Our holograpic overlays say the words "Genuine" and "Authentic" with a round "Official" Globe. This option on an ID Card printer would cost $4000+, so only the most secure locations have this feature.

Back side printing- Duplex printing. We can print your Return Address, a Barcode, Motto, etc. on the back of any of your ID Cards. We will print the back in black only unless special arrangements have been made with the us.
Barcodes - We can print up to 16 of the most popular barcodes on the front or the back of your cards. We use the K panel on our color ribbons for a dark crisp easily read barcode. We also have the option of three different densities for those older barcode readers.
Sticky Backs - Also known as PVC Overlays. We will print your ID Badges to have the option of "Sticking" the badge to an existing card. These cards are very popular with people that have Access Control cards for entry into their buildings. We print on 10, 14 or 24 mil cards.

* Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact color match for logos and text on id cards. It will be very close, but if an exact color match is needed please send us a hardcopy of the color or a PMS number for the color. We will do our best to match that color for an additional artwork fee of $20.00.
