Terms and Conditions for all orders

Payment Terms: Net 30 days from date of invoice. All orders sold on credit are subject to Credit Department approval. BadgeStuff has the right to charge 15% interest for any past due invoices. Customer agrees to pay all costs incurred by BadgeStuff in collecting delinquent amounts, if any, including interest and reasonable attorney's fees.

Return Policy: Products must be in saleable condition to qualify for return. Saleable condition is defined as those unused items in original packaging and in unbroken quantities. All returns are subject to BadgeStuff inspection and acceptance, and up to a 15% restocking charge. Proof of purchase is required for all returned materials. Special orders and discontinued items are not eligible for return credit. Dated materials are not returnable 30 days beyond date of invoice.
